Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by MyMonthly (the "Service"), including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the monthly reflection and goal management service provided by MyMonthly.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access and use the Service in accordance with these terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information and can continuously use the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to users by other means.
2. The Service may amend these terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Service provides the following features:

1. AI-based goal setting support
2. Monthly reflection writing and management
3. Reflection record storage and retrieval
4. Other services as determined by the Service

Article 5 (Service Use)

1. Some features can be used without registration.
2. Full access to all features may require registration.
3. The Service is provided free of charge; paid services may be added in the future.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. Using another person's information without permission
2. Interfering with the operation of the Service
3. Violating laws or these terms through the Service
4. Other activities that harm the Service

Article 7 (Copyright)

1. Copyright for content created by the Service belongs to the Service.
2. Copyright for content posted by users belongs to the respective users.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Service is not liable for service disruptions caused by user negligence.
3. AI-generated content is for reference only; the Service does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes between the Service and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Korea.
